My world

So yesterday was the footy final, right, Sydney was playing against West Coast just like last year's. There were the 4 of us in front of the telly, foxtel's broadcasting the footy live. It was the last minutes of the fourth quarter. Then the game ended and the winning team's mars was playing, which none of us was familiar with, and all of us were disappointed.

It was really really odd that we were under the impression that Sydney's won the game. We saw the score and Sydney was a few points ahead. Only after I read the news online that I knew that West Coast was the winner. When I told the guys, they were as confused as I was. They thought that it might be last year's final that we watched. FREAKY!

Dondon, the Jap take away restaurant just opened opposite my place. NICE!

An ad on one of Indonesian free mag in Melbourne tricked me and my Te into going to this new Indonesian restaurant on Dorcas Street, which apparently, is not opened yet! It's nowhere in the ad that says that the restaurant is not yet open or soon to be opened or.. whatever. There was even a voucher to win, which suggests that the restaurant is already up and running. STOOOPID!!!

I've found a shortcut from my office to the royal parade! Which is not a biggie at all, since I reckon a blindman can also find it. But I also reckon that when it comes to sense of directions, a blindman definately has a much much better one than I do. So, YAY!

I think I'm getting dumber. I'm living in a place where everything belongs somewhere. In the old days, my brain was challenged almost everyday. When I needed to find something, i.e. a hammer (not that I used a hammer everyday), then.. BAM! My brain was immediately put into work, figuring out where I put it after I last used it. It could be under my dirty laundry, in the cupboard under the sink, in the mailbox. Wherever it was, I've always succeeded in finding it, although the time I needed to find it varies depending on how tricky the place was. My place now is pretty spick and span!

I wanna change the look of this blog.

This blogger whose blog I've been religiously reading has just released a book. She co-wrote it with someone. She's this figure that I've always wanted to be. A smart, strong, very independent, adventurous individual. I reckon she has everything, yet she's still very humble. Can't wait to get my hands on her book!

Time really flies. It felt like only yesterday that I came back from my 2 month holiday in Indo, Yanti came here for a holiday, I got my beautiful surprise, my parents came for my graduation.. which all wrapped up into the most memorable Melbourne summer ever. Now half a year has passed and I'm halfheartedly counting down the days I have remaining to spend with my boy. BOO HOO!

A Krispy Kreme shop has just opened in Melbourne (not Narree Warren). Me Te and I have made our way there this arvo and grabbed ourselves a dozen donuts. ICK!

That's about it.. Well, there are much more but they are either equally uninteresting or more uninteresting. So not to bore you, I'm outta here!
